Iron Man fame Gwyneth Paltrow has been on an acting hiatus after her appearance in season 2 of The Politician series. That was the last time she had been seen acting, and with the success of her lifestyle brand Goop, she has been focused on the business side of it!
In an interview with Entertainment Tonight, she stated that if anybody can convince her to end her acting hiatus, it is Robert Downey Jr.! Over the years, they have become closest friends, especially after her casting in Iron Man, Iron Man 2, Iron Man 3, and other related Marvel movies.
Gwyneth Paltrow is a popular actress well-known worldwide for her acting skills in significant movies such as Shakespeare in Love, Emma, Seven, Hush, Great Expectations, and others.
She won the Oscar for acting in Shakespeare in Love and has since been featured in many other movies! And yet she has stopped acting and focused on her business; however, she knows and states that Robert Downey Jr. can always bring her back.
Paltrow informs in an interview that she is too busy to act right now! At times, she has been worried about her business, especially when she always feels she needs to be busy. At some point, she plans to sell her business, but it will still take some time.
The beautiful actress wants to retire one day from her hectic schedule and work because she thinks it is more of a psychological aspect of always keeping busy. After all, she needs to prove herself. A lot of women go through their struggle to prove themselves, leading to hyper-independence, and Paltrow relates to it!
The entrepreneur also feels that, at times, she wants to relax without thinking about her responsibilities, professional liabilities, and her performance in front of people. It is a step towards her plans. However, there is always a probability that Downey can bring her back on screen! Let’s keep our fingers crossed!
