5. Beverly Hills Cop: Axel F (Released On July 3, 2024)
Firstly, at number 7, we have Beverly Hills Cop: Axel F starring Eddie Murphy. The movie is the fourth film of the entire buddy cop comedy series. This is one of the new comedy movies on Netflix, available for streaming from July 3rd, 2024.
Kevin Bacon and Joseph Gordon-Levitt both had their feature performances in this movie. The first part, Beverly Hills Cop, was released in 1984, almost 40 years ago from now. The second film, Beverly Hills Cop II from the same series, was released in 1987.
The third one, Beverly Hills Cop III, was one of Murphy’s significant roles in one of his beloved old series.

Deadpool 3, or Deadpool & Wolverine, is one of the most awaited and new comedy movies in 2024. This was Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackman’s official MCU debut.
The movie trailer revealed a small portion of the plot. However, there are rumors that the movie will continue to add more guests to the film. They will also explain how the movie transitions from the 21st-century Fox to the Marvel universe.
However, the film was perfectly packed with comedy, action, and R-rated scenes, just like it promised.
2. Beetlejuice Beetlejuice (Released On September 6, 2024)
Remember the Tim Burton classic Beetlejuice? By featuring actors like Micheal Keaton and Winona Ryder (oh! I loved her in this movie), Beetlejuice made its mark as a classic horror-comedy in the history of Hollywood.
Well, the good news is now we have a sequel to this 1988 classic movie. Micheal Keaton again returns in this film and possesses the world of the living people in Beetlejuice Beetlejuice or Beetlejuice 2.
Winona Ryder also returns as Lydia Deetz but is all grown up. The film also features Jenna Ortega as Astrid Deetz, Lydia Deetz’s daughter.

1. Nightbitch (Releasing On December 6, 2024)
Lastly, we will wrap the list with the movie Nightbitch, which is announced to be a comedy and R-rated movie.
Starring Amy Adams, I believe Nightbitch is going to be one of the best comedy movies to end your 2024 with. This is a newly announced drama adapted from a novel of the same name written by Rachel Yoder.
Marielle Heller directed the movie, which will be released on December 6, 2024. The story follows a stay-at-home mother whose life suddenly starts to take turns, and she transforms into a dog.
Amy is all set to produce the Searchlight Pictures Film, which is currently under post-production.
