Blackpink member Jisoo and South Korean actor Ahn Bo-hyun have confirmed that they are dating. Jisoo becomes the first Blackpink member to enter a public relationship. Jisoo and Ahn Bo-hyun’s agencies have confirmed that they are getting to know each other.
YG Entertainment responding to a report by Dispatch, confirms the dating news with their post. The post says, “They are getting to know each other with positive feelings. We would be thankful if you look upon them with warmth.”
FN Entertainment, which is Ahn Bo-hyun’s agency, confirms the news by saying, “They are getting to know each other.” Both Jisoo and Ahn Bo-hyun fans couldn’t keep calm after this news was confirmed.
On the work front, Blackpink Jisoo made her solo debut with the digital single titled ‘Flower.’ On Spotify’s Daily Top Songs Global chart, ‘Flower’ took the number 6 spot, which is the highest spot for a female solo K-pop act. This song has become a hit at number 4 on the Bubbling Under Hot 100 chart.
The song peaked at number 10 on the Billboard Digital Song Sales chart, along with ranking at number 2 on the Billboard World Digital Song Sales chart by selling 6000 downloads. While actor Ahn Bo-hyun appeared in the drama ‘See You In My 19th Life’ opposite the actress Shin Hye-sun.
Fans appreciated his chemistry in the drama with Shin Hye-sun. The drama ended last month on 23rd July and is presently available on Netflix.
Jisoo also made her acting debut in the drama ‘Snowdrop’ opposite Jung Hae-in in 2021. Co-star Jung Hae-in also reacted to Jisoo’s dating news by saying he didn’t know anything about the news despite being good friends with Jisoo. “I didn’t know,” he said, adding, “I was really surprised to see it on Naver (a Korean search engine like Google). It’s still on today’s main issue. I hope they continue their healthy and beautiful love.” The actor also shared that he’s least interested in anyone’s dating life, including his friends or celebrities.
