Quarterback premiered on 12th July, is a new docuseries on Netflix based on the lives of three top NFL quarterbacks of the 2022 season. NFL Films and Omaha Productions follow these three players, Patrick Mahomes from the Kansas City Chiefs, Marcus Mariota from the Atlanta Falcons, and Kirk Cousins from Minnesota Vikings, on what it takes to be the biggest quarterbacks of the 2022 season.
Those of you who watched the last season of NFL might have seen the face-off between Patrick Homes and Maxx Crosby from Las Vegas Raiders, where Homes are repeatedly shouting the phrase, “You woke up the wrong motherf—ker!” at the defensive end Crosby when their Homes’ team scored the first touchdown in the 5th-week matchup of the 2022 NFL Season.
This series offers you the whole story behind this moment between these two players, which could not be deciphered while watching the game from the benches and TV. The show focuses on these 3 top players’ lives and how they are successful in creating winning moments throughout the season and to get their own perspective about achieving success in this season.
The docuseries follows the highs and lows of these quarterbacks and how they are in their lives both on the field and off the field. This docuseries has eight episodes and is the only series that allowed these quarterbacks to mic-up throughout the season, which offers us a look inside the interactions between teammates and players from other teams.
