Always start with limiting your portion, instead of eating large three meals eat 5 to 6 smaller meals. It will put less burden on your digestive system to digest food. Taking smaller portions helps to digest food completely and burn calories. If these calories are not burned they will be stored in form of fat in your body.

2. Breakfast Is A Must:

Never skip breakfast! First of all, breakfast kicks Strat your metabolism. Secondly skipping breakfast will make you feel hungry at odd times and you end up snacking on unhealthy food or you feel hungrier at lunchtime and eat more calories than required.

3. Your Best Friend Water:

Drinking water helps you cleanse your body from the inside. Water helps to wash out toxins from your body. Drinking a sufficient amount of water helps to reduce water resistance that helps to lose excess water weight. In addition to this, if you drink insufficient water you can mistake between hunger and thirst.

4. Do not Drink Calories:

Many people opt for juices and fruit smoothies as these drinks are a healthier alternative to commercially available juices that contain a high amount of sugar, salt, and preservatives.
