Home care services included in level 1 include the following: domestic assistance, personal care, social support, meal preparation, shopping, and transport.

#Level 2

Home Care Package Level 2 is for individuals who need low-level care services. It is also sometimes called HCP Level 2 or HCP2. A level 2 package provides funding of AUD$43.50 per day.

Home care services included in level 2 include the following: domestic assistance, personal care, social support, meal preparation, aids and equipment, shopping, some nursing care, transport, and basic home and garden maintenance. 

#Level 3

Home Care Package Level 3 is for individuals who have intermediate care needs. It is also sometimes called HCP Level 3 or HCP3. This package provides funding of AUD$94.66 per day. 

Home care services included in level 3 include the following: domestic assistance, personal care, household assistance, social support, meal preparation, aids and equipment assistance, shopping, transport, medication management, nursing support, allied health support, physiotherapy, massage, and support with changes to memory or behavior.

#Level 4

Home Care Package Level 4 is designed for individuals who have high care or complex needs. It is also sometimes called HCP Level 4 or HCP4. This package provides AUD$143.50 per day funding.

Home care services included in level 4 include the following: domestic assistance, personal care, household assistance, assistance with aids and appliances, social support, meal preparation, shopping, transport, medication management, nursing support, allied health support, physiotherapy, massage, podiatry, in-home hairdressing, and support with changes to memory or behavior.
